Do I need a special machine?
Any standard commercial slush/granita machine works. If you don't have one, ask us — we can point you to hire and purchase options.
How long does a pouch last?
Unopened, keep frozen or chilled per the label. Once in the machine, use within the day's service for best texture and flavour.
Can I buy for a private party?
Yes — the pouches are available to anyone over 18. For weddings and events, our mobile bars can also bring the machine and team.
Is there trade pricing?
