Before you ask

How long does delivery take?

UK orders go by DPD tracked delivery and usually arrive in 2–3 working days. Delivery is £3.99, or free on orders over £30.

Can I return or exchange an order?

Yes — see our refund policy for the details, or message us above with your order number and we'll sort it out.

I run a bar — how do I get trade pricing?

Register on our Trade page. Once we've verified your venue, trade pricing is unlocked on your account.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not at the moment — we currently deliver to UK addresses only. Get in touch if you're a venue or distributor abroad.
