Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened cocktail mixers only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• It is unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it

• It is still in its original packaging

• Your return request is made within 30 days of delivery

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or partially used cocktail mixers

• Any item not in its original condition

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
